Review: It's not an ugly dress, but the tulle on top is quite large. The fabric is wonderful; if you want, you can remove the tulle from the shoulders. Overall, I was impressed with the quality; the fabric doesn't itch and is super silky. This dress had no reviews, so I decided to take a chance and try it on. The tulle on top will look beautiful if it's adjusted.
